After Hours HVAC

After Hours HVAC is available to authorized personnel selected by each company. An hourly charge for any overtime HVAC will be charged to your account as outlined in your lease agreement.

Building 1 - After hours access to the HVAC systems is performed by swiping your access card on the card reader located to the left of the elevators next to the window on the 1st floor. Air is provided in two hour increments. Only cards with the HVAC clearance for your floor added can be used.

Building 2 - After-hours access to the HVAC systems is performed by using a web based override system. Authorized users can log in and use the calendar to program after-hours HVAC as needed.
