Prominent Pointe also has a web based tenant work order system called Impak. After accessing the link below you are able to report and track to completion any non-emergency work order request without using email or phone. User information and passwords will be provided after move-in.

When creating work orders for emergencies such as water leaks, electrical outages, security issues, etc. please also report these issues to the Management Office at (512) 330-4012. This will ensure these emergencies are handled quickly to prevent further costly damage that could occur.
